Nigels best friend, Jake Williams, has lost his father to a motor vehicle accident.
Nigel spent almost as much time with Jake, Gary and Doreen as he did here at home.
Our hearts are broken... yet again.
All of our love and prayers go out to Gary and his family.
Gone too soon.
You never expect in a small hamlet, to lose one of your own. Officer Gary Williams, a Reserve Deputy with Wheeler County Sheriff Office was killed in a single vehicle accident.
Gary was a decorated retired veteran of the United States Navy, a Correctional Officer, a Dorm Parent for Mitchell School District #55, and had been with W.C.S.O. for two years.
He leaves behind his wife Doreen, sons Jake and Justin, daughter Josie and grandson Neiko, as well as many other family members.
Gary was much admired and loved by this small community and will be sorely missed.
Rest well our brother.
